The next day journey deeper into the magnificent Bungle Bungle
Range… You’ll enjoy freshly made damper for morning tea, before trekking into
Echidna Chasm and watching it glow gold as the morning sun breaks through the
walls. Rebecca will guide you through the chasm and mini palms before exploring
some of the caves in the area. You’ll hear the dreaming stories of the cheeky
echidna and be immersed in the cultural history of the area. Today you’ll have
ample opportunity to sit within the shade of the epic gorges, enjoying the cool
earth and a delicious picnic lunch. Watch another extraordinary sunset at the
northern ridge before returning for dinner. Tonight you’ll be able to join
Rebecca around the campfire for stargazing and hear the nighttime dreaming of
the cosmos, seeing more of it than ever before.
